KENTUCKY REGISTRY FOR SECONDARY METALS RECYCLERS

The Registry for Secondary Metals Recyclers administers the statutory authority and to monitors the needs of the consuming public. The Department of Professional Licensing examines and registers all eligible candidates for entry into the profession of Secondary Metals Recyclers as stated in KRS 433.900 to 433.906.

NOTE: Per KRS 433.902 (5), The Department of Professional Licensing of the Public Protection Cabinet shall not be responsible for any disciplinary action against any secondary metals recycler seeking an application for certificate of registration. For reporting violations of this law, contact your local authority.

TEAM KENTUCKY EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND

Governor Beshear has established the Team Kentucky Emergency Relief Fund to assist Kentuckians impacted by catastrophic events. All donations to the Team Kentucky Emergency Relief Fund are tax-deductible, and donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes after donating. This fund is fully transparent and is subject to open records and legislative oversight. There are no administrative fees, so every dollar helps Kentuckians.
